Privacy Policy

This policy is for koehrventures.com, run by Patrick Koehr LLC, doing business as Koehr Ventures. You can reach me at patrick@koehrventures.com or (571) 732-6467.

What I collect

If you start a project, I collect your first name, email, and the answers you choose. Phone and the optional note are only there if you fill them in. If you check the text box, I also store that you agreed, the wording you saw, and the time. If you ask for a free website audit, I collect your first name, email, and either a website address or a business name and town.

I also store the page the form was on, whether you allowed analytics, and, when it’s available, a rough region like your state (never your exact location). I do not store your IP address with the lead.

How I use it

I use it to reply to you, to prepare a website audit when you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation. Lead alerts go to my own mailbox at patrick@koehrventures.com. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with advertisers.

Who handles it

• Supabase stores the form records in a database in the United States.
• Resend sends the email alert and, if I send one, your audit report.
• Railway hosts the website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person. That check runs in your browser.
• Upstash counts how often a form is sent, to stop spam floods. It uses a scrambled code instead of your IP address, and the count expires.
• Google PageSpeed Insights may receive the website address you submitted, and nothing else about you, when I run the audit. Google fetches that page. My server does not.
• Calendly handles booking if you schedule a call. Its own privacy policy applies there.
• Google Analytics 4 loads only if you choose “Allow analytics,” and only on the live site. Ads measurement stays off. You can change your mind with Privacy choices in the footer.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser so I don’t ask again.

Texts

If you call or text me, or check the text box on a form, I’ll reply by text about your request. I don’t send marketing texts. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Your choices

Email patrick@koehrventures.com to see, correct, or delete what I have about you. You can turn analytics on or off any time with Privacy choices in the footer.

How long I keep it

A real project or audit request is kept for up to 24 months after the last activity. Messages that look like spam are kept for 30 days so I can check I did not filter a real person, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your information sooner and I will.

Children

This site is for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
