Terms of Use
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms cover koehrventures.com and the website work offered by Patrick Koehr LLC, doing business as Koehr Ventures. A signed proposal or agreement controls if it says something different.
The site
The pages, photos, and writing here belong to Patrick Koehr LLC. You may read them and share a link. Please don’t copy the design or the words for your own site.
Plans
Starter is $49 a month and up, plus a $500 setup fee. Growth is $197 a month and up, plus a $1,500 setup fee, which is waived on a 12-month Growth agreement. “Starting at” means a quote can be higher when the work is larger. Custom work is quoted on its own.
Plans are month to month, except a 12-month Growth agreement. That agreement runs for the term. It cannot be downgraded until the term ends. You can upgrade at any time and you pay only the difference in setup fees. The new plan starts with the next billing cycle. A month-to-month downgrade needs 30 days’ notice and takes effect at the next billing cycle. There is no other switching fee.
What you own
You own your domain name and your content: your words, photos, and logo. While you are subscribed, the site runs on my platform, which handles hosting, the lead form, alerts, and updates. If you leave, I will help you move your content. The platform code stays mine. Please only send me words, photos, and logos you have the right to use.
The 14-day promise
On Growth, the site goes live in 14 days or the first month is free. The 14 days start when the kickoff checklist is done: the agreement is signed, setup is paid, and your content and access have been sent. “Live” means published on your domain, with your lead form and alerts working. I don’t promise rankings, traffic, or a number of leads.
The free audit
The audit is a short written opinion based on automated checks, including Google PageSpeed Insights. It is free, it is not a guarantee, and it does not create a client relationship until we agree on a project.
Liability
I’ll do careful work, but I can’t be responsible for lost profits, lost leads, or other indirect losses. If there’s a dispute about a paid project, the most I’m responsible for is what you paid me for that project in the three months before the claim. Florida law applies, and disputes go to Florida state courts.
